What it is
Bookings, event tickets, a merch store, a podcast, and partner listings — plus the back office that runs all of it. The client edits their own site content; they don't call me to change a headline.
Ticketing is the part that has to be right. Every ticket carries a unique serial number and a unique QR hash, and it moves through active, used, and cancelled with the redemption timestamp recorded. A ticket can be scanned once. Designs are configurable — logo, colors, border, background — with exactly one design live at a time driving everything generated.
The parts that were hard
- Stripe checkout wired to order fulfillment, with the session recorded against the order
- Ticket issuance: unique serial and QR hash per ticket, single-use redemption with a recorded timestamp
- PDF ticket generation and delivery by email
- Configurable ticket design system, with one live design driving all generated tickets
- Video and livestream delivery
- An admin the client operates alone — orders, tickets, merch, marketing, site content
