What it is
BROARchat is a community platform — text channels, HD voice rooms, video and screen sharing, moderation — that an organization deploys onto its own server. Your data never leaves your machine, because the machine is yours.
The chat list is the easy part. The work is underneath: WebRTC media that survives real-world networks, presence and state that stay consistent across every connected client, and a deployment story compressed to a Docker Compose file or a Windows installer so a group can self-host without a platform team.
