What it is
Innoventix LLC is the company I started in 2025 to build and own this work rather than rent myself out by the hour. It owns the hardware, ships the products, and takes the support calls.
The infrastructure arm sells what it runs on: dedicated, fully isolated containers — no shared resources, root SSH from the first hour, on bare metal in Florida that I own and administer. Tessera and InnORMaps are built on top of it as sister products under the same company.
It exists because the small businesses I work with kept getting the same deal from the big providers: a bill that grows every time they succeed, support that routes through a ticket queue, and no straight answer about where their data physically sits. Owning the metal is what lets me quote a fixed number and mean it.
The parts that were hard
- Provisioning and isolating tenant containers on shared physical nodes
- Holding a 99.9% uptime commitment on hardware I maintain myself
- Billing, plan entitlements, and a customer portal
- Backup, monitoring, and being the only escalation path there is
